Shipping policy

At JELLA™, we provide reliable, tracked shipping to ensure your order reaches you safely. We are proud to offer Free & Premium Shipping to Poland, the UK, the US, Canada, and Germany on all orders.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and delivered within 7-15 business days. 

  • Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

5. Address Accuracy

    • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. JELLA™ is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, please email us at contact@jellawear.com immediately.
