Refund & Return Policy

At JELLA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@jellawear.com.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Address: All returns are coordinated through our primary office at Wawrzyńca Surowieckiego 8, 02-785 Warsaw, Poland.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / 0 PLN).

  • Sale Items: We accept returns on all items, including those purchased during a sale or promotion.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@jellawear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU law, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements (unworn, original packaging) apply.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
